Welcome back!
Today’s cocktail recipe is a Spicy Pineapple Martini:
5cl Spicy Rum
1,5cl Maraschino Liqueur
1cl Spicy Syrup
6 pieces of fresh pineapple
1 kumquat
nutmeg
Method: Muddle, Shake & Double Strain
Preparation: Place the pineapple, kumquat and Spicy Rum in a mixing glass, muddle together, add the rest of the ingredients, fill with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Decoration: A silce of kumquat and freshly grinded nutmeg
