Today’s cocktail recipe is a Sake Pomagranate-tini:
5cl Sake
2cl Pomagranate Liqueur
2cl Fresh Lime Juice
0,5 fresh pomegranate
Method: Muddle, Shake & Double Strain
Preparation: Place the pomegranate and Sake in a mixing glass, muddle together, add the rest of the ingredients, fill with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Decoration: Pomegranate pieces on the bottom of the martini glass
