Today’s cocktail recipe is an Elderflower Martini:
5cl Vodka
2,5cl Elderflower Liqueur
2,5cl Fresh Lime Juice
4 fresh elderflowers
Method: Muddle, Shake and Double Strain
Preparation: Place the elderflowers and vodka in a mixing glass, muddle together, add the rest of the ingredients, fill with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Decoration: Fresh elderflowers
